Margaret Linehan, BBS, MBS is a Senior Lecturer at Cork Institute of Technology. She is also author of Make That Grade: Management, Consumer Behaviour and co-author of Make That Grade: Marketing and Principles of Organisational Behaviour. Paul Greaney, MSc, MA, BSc, MRICS, ASCS is a lecturer at Limerick Institute of Technology. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and consultant to the construction industry. He has recently assisted DLPKS in writing training guides for the Department of Finance for use with the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) management system. Edel Foster, BSc, has an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and is currently undertaking a Masters degree by research. She also works as a research assistant in the Department of the Built Environment at Limerick Institute of Technology.
